Vermittlung von Grundlagenwissen in betrieblicher Menschenführung und Management der Humanressourcen im internationalen Kontext. Einhergehend mit der Erkenntnis, dass diese wesentliche Einflussfaktoren für die betriebliche Zusammenarbeit darstellen. Studierende werden erkennen, dass kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Führungsinstrumente und Humanressourcen zwingend den Unternehmenserfolg bestimmen und dass jeder einzelne Arbeitnehmer -unabhängig von hierarchischer Stellung im Unternehmen- in seinem Einflussbereich dafür die Verantwortung trägt.

To convey the knowledge base on leadership and human resource management in an international context. In conjunction with this, creating awareness that these are critical influencing factors for organisational collaboration. Students will have developed an appreciation for continuous development of leadership tools, methods and human capital as these will ultimately determine the organisation’s success. Students will also understand that leadership is less related to the hierarchical position of the individual but has more to do with the employee’s sphere of influence and that leadership happens at all levels of the organisation.
