Learning Objectives :
Learn about state-of-the-art leadership and management principles. Understanding the own personality and its relevance to a future leadership role. Understanding that leadership is a complex interdependent system with the ultimate goal to satisfy the need
of different stakeholders such as customers, shareholders, employees and society in a balanced way.
After successful completion of the course students should be enabled to know, understand, analyze, evaluate and judge the learned concepts and tools of leadership.
