In this course the students will:
- learn what makes the social web
- learn about blogs, microblogs, social networks, wikis, podcasts, social bookmarking, and social games, among others
- how to use social web features from a corporate point of view
- how to monitor success or failure of social web activities
- how to create an alternate social ego

This is a hands-on course on social media and how to effectively use them.
